Mock Jury Selection Program
In 2015, Judge Ferguson instituted a bi-annual program during Jury Appreciation Week to familiarize high school seniors with jury service. Students are served with summonses and participate in a realistic jury selection for fictional trials. Local attorneys represent the parties, and students play the defendants.
